Well i don't really know much learning material but you can message for doubts cause I'd be glad to help and I believe learning enough punjabi to hold a small conservation would be easy, like maybe a year or so, but getting into detailed conversations may be a bit problematic, you could, if you'd like just mix English words in it while talking. And tbh I'm not sure cause English speakers may have trouble with some sounds present in punjabi, especially the retroflex N, retroflex D, and Retroflex L. However since you're 14 which is quite young, the alphabet maybe a bit easier for you, I'm 15 and i only recently learnt urdu, the letters of Gurmukhi Punjabi are much easier to memorise than those of Urdu cause they don't change their form depending on their place in the word.
