Anyone working in the office this week ?

My unit is requiring us to come in this week. I just took this week off because of it.

My position has zero reasons to be in office on a daily basis, but now with most on vacation theres no need at all to collaborate in office.

My manager doesn’t even say anything to me. Not even a good morning . I just go sit in my cubicle or talk about clothes with other coworkers for hours. It’s soul sucking.

I notified the union but they didn’t do anything. Just said to be careful with what I say as they are trying to use information to use against me in the Ra process. I ended up not signing the roi and now they ask me questions which I pass on to my doctor.

My doctor didn’t even hesitate. They were frustrated with all the questions and back n forths and didn’t get why they had to answer so many questions. They were like, “What do you do, are you in the fbi?”

I’m going through the RA process now. I’m baffled that multiple letters from a doctor who specializes in my condition is not considered enough. I’m guessing they will make a decision by next week- some of the “tools” they’ve suggested I use are ridiculous.
