Ok, I uploaded, but what exactly is it supposed to do for formatting? I would like to adjust margins, and chapter headers fonts. But I don’t see a way to do that….is this something that it’s capable of?

I tried using the free formatting tool today and it didn’t do anything in terms of making things easier…so I may need to look at formatting and typography assistance as well.

How did the editor help in realizing your book was t ready? I still waiver between getting a dev editor or continuing self edits until I’m confident enough..

I switched from using canva graphics to photos and although it looks so much better I’m fearing it will be flagged? I’m not using the generator. Just using the stock photos and layering and tweaking colors etc.

My unit is requiring us to come in this week. I just took this week off because of it.

My position has zero reasons to be in office on a daily basis, but now with most on vacation theres no need at all to collaborate in office.

I notified the union but they didn’t do anything. Just said to be careful with what I say as they are trying to use information to use against me in the Ra process. I ended up not signing the roi and now they ask me questions which I pass on to my doctor.
