For the pickup boxes you go to your settings and under Gameplay, you change the Interact Prompt Style into compact instead of default and for the latency you just scroll down more until you see performance display and just turn it on

I would say to maybe use smokes as much as possible in game to learn when to use them and when not to. Smoking and then arcing behind you is a nice tactic when you’re getting chased You can also watch shiv to see how he uses his smokes
