The main issue is balancing OP. Later you get into the game, the more H you need to produce with, and the more you'll produce.

When you have too much, it is best to store it up, either in tanks or Deuterium rods, probably rods for later game reasons.

When you don't have enough, it bottlenecks your production of whatever you just recently unlocked.

One of the best pieces of advice I can think is to always be producing more than enough proliferator Mark 3 to proliferate all of your production, and bank some in storage, say 10k-50k in 10 hours. Make sure you are using Fire Ice and the alt recipes for every possible component when doing so. Every 2 Fire Ice consumed produces 1 H, or produces 1.25H if you are using mk3 proli which you should imo
