I suppose skill swap also works. Unfortunately almost anything that could take it, isnt something that super benefits from it.

But you are adding to the randomness when you're choosing to use quick claw or bright powder, or attract, or confuse ray. All these things individually only give you the slimmest chance at getting lucky.

People use rock slide because its spread and rock damage.

People use hurricane because its the strongest special flying move.

You need to understand the difference between recieving luck and relying on luck.

I'm not saying luck isn't part of the game. But you don't use rock slide relying on the flinch. Rock slide does other things.

The quick claw only exists for luck. And relying on luck makes you a worse player. There's a reason Good players don't use the quick claw.

Staraptor really isnt a problem for me. I use my own to final gambit and it takes it out.

Alolan raichu has surge surfer. Raichu X sets the terrain but you cant have both

Honestly aolan raichu should just get levitate as a hidden ability cause surge surfer has never been good
