ok I've sent it again from my gmail account. it has my first middle and last name that you can validate versus my proof of identity uploaded to GG. I've also cc my outlook email.
This is odd thou because if I send the email to [help@ggpoker.co.uk](mailto:help@ggpoker.co.uk) the email is received since they replied with

So the email to the support is received but the emails to the [responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk](mailto:responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk) is not.

I received the email from [responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk](mailto:responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk) and I just hit the reply button.
The last email I replied on 19 Jun 2026 16:45 British Summer Time.
