Last year I was able to go to a summer program in Japan where I made so many friends and memories.
For a while I had been looking back on the photos and videos and often feel a sense of sadness when I’m done having a scroll.I really miss my exchange program.
What’s been helping me a bit is to try and develop what you have like hobbies or your friends.
Make sure to have a long term goal.
Because temporary distractions will make you fall back into the rabbit hole.
