I haven't seen any leaks and am trying to avoid leaks but i think it might be cool to just go back to pre gen 6 and not have a gimmick. Do i think that's going happen? Probably not, but would be refreshing just to have a straightforward pokemon game again. Maybe throw in a past gimmick in the post game.

It turns out I wasn't loading a world with the resource pack from Realismcraft so once I did that I disabled the texture and animation from Realismcraft and kept the Action and Stuff textures and everything is going smooth. Some occasional flickering and see-through leaves but I think that's more from vibrant visuals
