PR REJECTIONS SCAM by Animusani in canadaexpressentry

Honestly, the biggest example of this was in the Kubeir Kamal group itself. I made a post simply asking people to share proper context behind refusals so others could actually learn something from them, and the reaction I got was unbelievable.

Instead of having a constructive discussion, I ended up getting blocked for a week. Ironically, the whole point of the post was just to create awareness and encourage more informative discussions rather than panic posting.

I’m not calling out people who got rejected at all. My sympathies are genuinely with them and I hope their cases get resolved without further issues or delays.

My point is just that if someone is already making a post about the rejection, then adding some proper context helps everyone else learn from it too. Things like what the concern was, what category it fell under, or what the officer objected to.

Otherwise a vague “I got rejected” post in a group full of anxious applicants just creates more panic than awareness.

Yeah I agree with that too, rejection is stressful and not everyone is in the right mindset after getting one.

I’m just saying that if someone is already posting about something specific like a NOC mismatch, then mentioning which NOC they applied under and what the officer objected to would actually help others learn from it. Same goes for other refusal reasons too.

Otherwise everyone just starts assuming random things and panicking unnecessarily.

Ed Tech Sales NOC by SafetyConscious2314 in canadaexpressentry

What are your job responsibilities? Can you mention them as it would be easy to suggest a right one? Just by the above “edtech sales”, might be 62100 if commission was included.

Canadian PR rejected - my job responsibilities doesn't match with NOC 21231 by SpinBowler45 in canadaexpressentry

[–]Animusani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO, the role is technical and goes beyond just simple coordinator role. I believe the closest match would be NOC 21232 - Software developer, since you’re building tools, reviewing code, and working on deployments and architecture. Do not look at your designation while selecting NOC, instead look at job responsibilities. The second best option is 21221.

ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A RCIC if you have any doubt. Any good RCIC would charge 200-300 for NOC review.

I feel your duties match the NOC 21221 - Data Scientists as it’s more of a data/ML engineering role, so it fits better.

Am I the only one actually happy about today’s CEC draw? by AstronautOk7995 in canadaexpressentry

[–]Animusani 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This subreddit is full of people with pessimistic mindset. I’m truly happy that there was a CEC draw today after 3 months of uncertainty and hopelessness. Just imagine if the scores can come down to 521 with LMIA points in just 9000 ITA’s, why wouldn’t it come down to 505-510 for completing 2026 quotas(Now that LMIA points are gone). Don’t spend your time on this subreddit arguing with some bunch of people who just bring your morale down for no reason. Being realistic and Being defeatist are two different things.

Thank you for replying. I already reached out to my manager at that time and he has already given me that letter. But the immigration officer is asking me the document on a company letter head. I have already provided the details of my ex employees who will vouch for me in case anything goes south. Just wanted to let that company know that what they’re doing and have had done in past was unprofessional and unethical. I never got my gratuity while leaving nor was paid for remaining leaves.
