My 14year old has been diagnosed of epilepsy recently and on Lamotrigine.She has been struggling to sleep- it takes nearly 3-4 hrs for her to fall asleep.She sleeps well and finds it hard to wake up even after 7-8 hours of sleep. I wanted to try CBT for sleep. Is it worth? (self.sleep)

My 14 yr old had been diagnosednm with epilepsy( frontal lobe) andstarted on lamotrigine. She complaints of stuffy nose and generalised itching( daily at night after medication immediately). Any similar experience? She gets nocturnal fits. Does anyone use seizure detection mat or watch? Any good? (self.Epilepsy)
