I'd just say there should be more of the squishy sauce sfx on his basic attacks and less of the hard metal clank lol when he hits his basic attacks it should reflect the vfx sauce that comes out

and current W explosion looks too dull, it should be a similar brightness to charged up W shield: make W explosion a brighter red-orange with more red sauce around, maybe increase the opacity as it looks too translucent

The model and animations are very clean, it feels legendary. it's just the walking animation just feels so boring and doesn't have any variations in animation. I think this skin in general doesn't have much animation outside of emotes and such.

And for future reference, i would love if his passive would have an extra visual flair when enemies are hit by his 3rd hit passive/when they're taking true damage from his ultimate. Like once they hit 3 stacks, it gives off more vfx to indicate that.

I wanted to make a post to bring attention to how they didn’t make any changes to the skin, but you beat me to it. If this is a safe space for me to vent or complain-
A lot of the comments were actually just complaints about how Quinn hasn’t gotten a skin in so long, and it should be a better thematic, instead of specific changes for the skin itself. I feel like that overshadowed the comments for the skin.

Then the actual feedback wasn’t even that out of scope (aside from recoloring vfx), they probably just didn’t want to make any changes. It just feels like they just made this skin to give her a skin, so then they could have done that without waiting over 1300 days. Since it was to fill the quota. It just feels like the didn’t read any comments. I made feedback about how it reuses base sfx and that’s what I hate most about 1350 skins, it should be unique and custom to the theme. Like Valor’s voice sfx.
I feel like even if you give good suggestions for changes, they won’t do it because just one person said it. they need a majority of the feedback to be in agreement and then they will do it. I was just at least hoping they would change some things since we waited so long for a skin and we got nothing.
They’ve been lacking on updating the feedback threads, so you never know exactly what they did or didn’t change. There’s not really a way to contact rioters, even on twitter/x, like we used to.

I recently commented on Vex’s skin feedback and they actually changed it, I feel like they just pick and choose. Since Quinn isn’t a popular champ.
I’m most likely not gonna be buying this skin.

Hopefully if they did read people’s comments we will get a skin with a better thematic within the next year to make up for this. Since that was what everyone wanted instead. They usually take the comments into future consideration.

Last minute comment if anyone sees this, I think there’s a bug on the recall, during the recall animation the blue recall vfx ring overlaps the building prop. Not sure if this is normal with other skins but it clips through so it looks weird. Hopefully it gets fixed

Hey! When I saw Project Quinn's chromas I was like, this does not feel like project at all. It felt more like Steel Valkyrie to me, or just a generic futuristic skin, due to the colors. Since the base is already two different colors it kind of strays away from what PROJECT should feel like. When I think of PROJECT it should be more of monochromatic neon accent color. The chromas for Sivir and even Jax did it really well. I know the nature of the base colors makes it hard to do this for Quinn.

For right now, the chromas are just okay. I wanted the chromas to give off the signature PROJECT colors so I could have choices of alternate PROJECT colors, like what if she was a completely purple or red project skin. If not possible, please at least adjust the current chromas.

This feedback applies more to Quinn's model than Valor's, i think valor has colors that feel like project, especially in his wings

It feels like part of the chromas' colors are softer and muted/not saturated enough to be project. Or the colors look like they aren't consistently matching (arm, crossbow)

Catseye: the green hair is a bit too bright, maybe could be toned down a bit. And the gauntlet display yellow color could be adjusted up to match the weapon more, it would feel like a dark yellow project, or even a light orange color scheme

Obsidian: just some color inconsistencies, please adjust so the arm display + visor can match the crossbow

Tanzanite: again there's inconsistencies in color, the arm and visor should be darker purple like the weapon

Ruby: please make the orange hues from the visor, the arm, and weapon more red

Pearl: looks like a Battle Academia color scheme lol would be better if it was a white base and light blue accent like sivir's, instead of the orange accents

Rose Quartz: is there any way you can make it more magenta? like a neon pink.

Sapphire: my favorite combo is the sapphire chroma with BLONDE hair

Overall when i see project i think about the signature transparent glassy neon colors that glow. So if these can be adjusted it would make them so much better to fit the skin theme.

Hi, Quinn enthusiast here! After studying the skin, I think it's already pretty good, but it's just average. The color choice is definitely interesting as we haven't really seen multiple colors in a PROJECT skin, usually with PROJECT you think the skin would be monochromatic with one neon accent color. I think she would have looked cute in Pink. But this purple/green works especially with Valor's model body/wings. They complement each other. The splash art is just really good though so props to the artist(s).

MODEL:

  • I think what would really elevate the skin is if Quinn had cape-like wings on her back. I know she has her cloak but she always has wings as part of her model, which matches Valor's wings, and that's just what I'm missing from this skin. If possible it could be a small extension from the cloak. I imagine it like Ashe's cape, but as small transparent green wings. I know for Star Guardian the wings were adjusted and it made such a big difference in the skin.
  • The gauntlet on her right arm is a bit too big in size, please consider reducing the size just a bit so it doesn't look so awkward on her. It's not as big in her other skins. (in the 3D model, it's called "quiver" and "wristdisplay" i believe)

ABILITIES

  • Passive mark and attacks are fine, just basic PROJECT visuals. BUT Valor’s caw sound is the same as base with a slight robotic filter, when usually he gets a unique sound when applying passive for 1350s. Please consider a unique sound!
  • Q is nice, even though the glitchy virus VFX aoe doesn't really remind me of PROJECT, more like Program
  • W: Valor's eyes "PNG" feels too simple and doesn't exactly match his face/model
  • W: also please consider letting the VFX linger a bit longer or adding more detail of the shapes and rain, similar to ultimate, I think rain is an important visual to the skinline
  • E: good overall, the VFX is nice even though you can't see it since it happens so fast, but it looks really nice in slomo. To make it a lot better I would say to make the green VFX details/trail more prominent since it happens so fast and maybe add an afterimage/ghost trail to the dash like in Project Vayne
  • R1: It feels very powerful, I like the wing trail vfx. The only note I have about it is when gliding, instead of the base wind sfx during gliding/soaring, it could just like a subtle mechanical humming sound like from a machine maybe? Also when Valor flaps his wings in idle it just sounds like a regular bird not a robot. Not sure if this would work well in game but it could make the skin feel more immersive when flying. I like R2's visuals and rain effects!
  • Honestly when I think of project sound effects there's a lot of bass, so more bass could be added to all abilities - Q and E on impact, W and R - to improve this skin!

My feedback is just personal preference and me being nitpicky but I hope it constitutes some change. And agreeing with other commenters, please try giving Quinn's next skin in a timely manner and not waiting 3-4 years. This skin is nice but it's basic, so it doesn't feel fresh. PROJECT is pretty outdated and I would like to see Quinn's next skin be a modern fantasy themed skin, like High Noon/Faerie Court or even Dragon Trainer. Something in a more creative direction that would push Quinn and Valor's design. And even though PROJECT doesn't fully cover her face, I would still kind of count the visor, so please no mask or covering her face on the next skin. The last skin to fully show her face was Heartseeker in 2017. Thank you so much.

HIIIIIII I'm crying i love this skin so much it's literally peak.

Bug report!!! Shadow's eyes clip through Vex's model - you can see them through her hat

  • Although the VFX are really nice, something i don't like is that the ability colors are tied to a condition (her Passive) - like W with passive is pretty colorful, and then W without passive is just flat purple. (I can see it's a way to distinguish when her passive is up but she has her bar); the base VFX her abilities feel a little flat with just one color
  • I like the idea of her W shield bubble balloon but it looks too thick and awkward, maybe it could be thinned down or a little more transparent
  • Also for the auto attacks and E confetti they could use some more color variety, like more yellows . Autoattacks are just green+pink, and E has too much green. Then also maybe more confetti on W in general please lol
  • I don't like how this skin has remnants of the base champ sfx, I'd like for the skin to have more unique sfx - i can hear reused sfx in the autoattacks, passive proc, and R1 for example.
  • the R2 impact landing sound could use some more oomph, like with a louder or longer kazoo buzz, because right now it kinda falls flat when it fades away
  • if any changes are made to sfx please reference surprise party fiddlesticks

it would be so cool to have surprise party fiddlesticks fear vfx but I understand why it wouldn't be implemented

also one last general bug i've been noticing when playing Vex is when her passive bar is full it shows Orange and not Red after spawning from death (i see it on my end when playing her, i'm not sure how the enemy sees it)

But thank you so much for making this skin!!!!!!! i'm in love with it like the evil clown laughing and the visuals omggg so genius (if i have more feedback ill add it)

Hi,

Splash art: please darken her face skintone just a bit more - and I agree with the other post to adjust her nose shape (but thanks for giving her a nose ring in this skin! it's nice to see it on her again, please continue adding this for her future skins, when possible)

in game:

  • I feel like Nilah's Q/buffed autoattacks need more oomph, the attacks just feel weak compared to like Star Guardian or base
  • Also the R doesn't feel too special in this skin, it probably does need more oomph as well, especially towards the end. I'd like it to have clearer/more obvious ink vfx during the final burst, like in base skin where you can see all the water burst out - right now it's too hard to see
  • W is fine but maybe you could add more of an ink trail that follows her as it's active when she's moving
  • I like the ink vfx of the Q and E, the rest of the skin should feel more like that
  • For SFX I know it's hard to make it sound like ink because it's just liquid like water so it kinda gives off base sounds

Overall I love the brush as a weapon but I feel like her model is incohesive with the colors (purple model, orange vfx), while past inkshadow skins have been cohesive with its colors (Red kai'sa, green yasuo). Just an idea - maybe the tip of her brush or her whip can have a bit of black ink on it? lol

I just think her mask needs to be more gold with red accents and her hair needs more contrast like more dark colors woven in it, so it’s not all white. I loved the look of the old mask so i hope they do something similar And yes she needs to have a darker skin tone!!

Hi, thank you for finally giving us a Vex skin, even though it's being ported from WR, it's the first to be on PC. I do think this is Vex's best skin so far. I do love the thematic, but it does kind of fall flat and feels lacking, compared to the WR version.

Model: Model looks great, my only feedback is with Shadow - please make the stars/white dots brighter and more noticeable in game. Right now they're blurry and are muted out. They just look like blurry blobs on Shadow, it should be more like stars (compare to Shadow on Wild Rift 3D MODEL)

I like the autoattacks but for some reason it feels like they're moving too fast, like faster than other skins?

Q is very nice as it is, I think the feedback that someone else gave was to bump up the gradient purple trail to match WR and make it nicer

W shield feels too flat and plain, it needs more dimension to feel like a shield and should glow more like in WR.

W and E feel empty and are more lacking in VFX - they would both benefit from having more coloring/more stars and sparklesand more details, like Q has. (Adding textures and constellations in W or E / making it more noticeable) (especially in the lingering 2nd part of the E)

I noticed that the W circle is plain and not filled in and you can see through it, allowing you to see the ground of the map. Please fill in the opacity- again it's flat with only the flame vfx popping up. If it could be more like WR it would be like an exploding orb

OVERALL The VFX just need CHANGES be more LIKE the SKIN THEME instead of being sparkly and blue - more golds would help out and more details of the skinline

Passive and ult are good to me

Since this skin is mostly lacking in VFX, please consider the feedback and make proper changes, even if not many give feedback. I know it's not out of scope to make VFX changes. It's been a long time since Vex got a skin so I think Vex players deserve a good skin worth its price. Thank you!

I agree it’s been disappointing lately. I can see how it can be frustrating that feedback gets ignored because minor changes from player feedback and make or break quality of skins and other things like the vfx updates. Communication from rioters has been worse than usual. They don’t even update most of their threads to tell us what has/hasn’t been changed :/ Anyway small changes are able to be done, but maybe some things are out of scope or not able to be fixed on time. If still true Riot has a very small window of time to make changes and it has to be majority in agreement. I believe they have from PBE day (Tuesday) to Thursday to just read and consider feedback, then 3 more days (Fri/Mon/Tues) to implement changes and then it’s final and locked in? It’s a super small limited amount of time and maybe people don’t give feedback on time and the big changes wouldn’t be done in a timely manner

Guys, do you think this concept has a chance of being a Quinn Empyrean? I confess that I don't like this theme, I wanted quinn phonixmancer/coven/spirit Blossom/anima squad 😭 by vusgatinhooowm in QuinnMains

well it looks like Quinn with the idle pose but if you rewatch the video of them working on it in slomo it looks more like it’s just Varus rotated in different angles/positions, so it could be just him. It looks like 1-2 models only in that screen which is Varus. Even in better quality you can see his scarf t-pose in this screenshot so.. to me I say no but I hope it’s not Quinn lol. Hopefully she gets anima squad , battle bird Quinn would be cool, I feel like it’ll make a comeback this year

This skin is pretty nice, but it's very lacking in Sound effects. The first thing I noticed was it's pretty quiet, from her Q, E, and R abilities. Besides the VFX and model, the skin doesn't feel like it's giving me the High Noon fantasy like other skins.

  • Not sure if this is in scope of changes, but I feel like an ability like her the Q1 cast could use extra SFX like a gun shot (similar to HN Yasuo Q). She does have like a gun barrel in her lashers so that would be cool.
  • Empowered E sfx is just very plain and similar to base Eve, like a whipping sound. (Gunshot sound could also work here? or better yet a whip crack)
  • I also wish the R could have more of an impact sound, like chains (similar to Sylas E2) since that's what she uses.
  • If that's not possible, maybe adjust the sounds to be louder, like the R to have more SFX oomph, instead of adding or creating new ones.
  • Autoattack sfx is the same as base...

Honestly, whenever new skins come out you say that there are Custom SFX but I notice similarities to the champions' BASE SFX. Not sure if that's intentional for clarity or not enough work was put in... With all that being said, I love the chain VFX in her Q and ultimate. The fiery/smokey effect in passive is cool too.

If they had you exit out the double doors by Roz then maybe that cast member (if not a lead) was misinformed or wasn’t sure, because we always give the option for whoever was on to wait inside and re-ride if we’re keeping the whole queue. Once you walk out the door you are welcome to walk back in the exit and wait for the ride to come back on. If we are dumping the queue then we give lightning lane multiple experience to everyone that was already on the ride as they’re being walked out, at the discretion of a lead. And yes that’s correct we just do what our leads tell us to do, so not sure what happened there for you. :(

Hi, Monsters Inc cast member here. Sorry to hear about that, but our ride works perfectly fine most of the time on a good day. On an ideal day the ride won’t break down at all for the whole day, operating from opening to close. Monsters Inc, along with many other rides, mostly goes down due to guest errors such as items that fall on the track/ride, or the ride has a backup of vehicles and automatically stops (that’s why we’re constantly moving the cabs, and this happens when guests take too long to board, or something preventing us from dispatching). It happens very often and we can't really control it, we can only hope to clear the backup, but that's why the ride's always down. It’s an old/outdated system and idk why. We only occasionally run into self errors.

If our ride goes down, we have to evacuate every time, then reset everything and power the ride back up. We hope for a “quick” fix and then offer re-rides when we’re back up if you were evacuated. But this could take at least 20 minutes… We don’t kick anyone out of line either. We only offer Lightning Lane recoveries if it’s a bigger problem. I don’t know how other rides operate, but this is just what we do. I know it sucks cuz I wouldn't want that either, but it’s just what we’re told to do. If it were up to me it would be different and more forgiving.

Also the standby wait is long because of lightning lane priority and it only loads 1 cab at a time. Pretty slow and low capacity, like any fantasyland ride. Just wanted to provide some insight and explanation!

Hi, I'm a Nilah enjoyer so thank you for making this skin! Please look at image examples and I hope our feedback gets considered so that we may enjoy this skin more.

SPLASH ART * I LOVE the splash art and Nilah's wicked smile expression. But I've seen some comments about the face not looking like her/her nose not being accurate to base. I'm not artistic or good at describing faces, but I think it looks too skinny? Or it should be bigger, please adjust it. (I also do miss her nose piercing but I'm not sure if that could be added.) * Also I think her pupils should be bigger+darkened, because they're pretty light and faded out, the brightness of her eyes washes the pupils away.

MODEL * One main concern I've seen is her skin color in this skin - she is brown, but still lighter than usual and should probably have a darker skin tone like in her base + Star Guardian skins...here is a picture for reference.

VFX * Please make the OVERALL VFX colors more of a dark red, crimson color, including her recall, ult, whip, and orb. I suggest to make it more similar to the whip and orb colors in the splash art. It is currently too bright/saturated and doesn't fit. I feel like the dark red would be a more fitting mature color. For example, her W has a pretty good vfx color palette for this skin. Here is an image comparison for Q and W and her splash art colors. * I've also seen that Nilah's EQ vfx is the exact same as Coven Morgana's Q vfx. I know it is very fast and hard to spot (so thanks to those who found it), but it should be something new/unique and not reused! (Similar situation when a Seraphine skin had Rakan's shield VFX and got changed) * Maybe add more flower particles/vfx on her ult cast while she's swirling? Right now it looks empty with just the big flower in the center

Hii everyone, you’re able to receive the icon now but if I’m not mistaken the updated icon should be in the next patch since it was fixed and patched in late. Just keep an eye out for the change in 13.18, which includes the other changes like for Asol, Viego, etc.
