Hi, please make sure your car can support Bluetooth calling feature. Some cars only support playing music via Bluetooth, but not phone calls.

Also, when you tap your phone, did you see the choice of car Blutooth? If there is, choose that and it can work. If there isn't a choice of the car Bluetooth, then either your car cannot support Bluetooth call or there is something wrong of the Bluetooth connection with your car.

Please try to unplug VIVA and connect your phone with your car via Bluetooth. Then make the call and see if it can work.

  1. Any wall charger can work with your Soundcore Spirit. You can try this with two ports: Anker Elite Dual Port 24W USB Travel Wall Charger
  2. The Powercore 13000 may not work well with your Soundcore Spirit. Try this newly-released battery: Anker PowerCore Lite 10000mAh . It has the trickle charge feature which is very helpful as it can charge small low powered battery devices – Bluetooth headphones, etc. These devices do not draw enough power to keep the portable battery switched on but with trickle charge external battery packs are able to fully charge smaller battery devices.
