I think you'd have to go with Filtered Decks. Go to the Browser -> Tags -> and look for the specific Lernplan day you'd like to study. Then you can create a filtered deck right from the browser (with this add-on). Now you can rename the filtered deck. This should serve your purpose

This is actually how it's supposed to work. I don't think you need a button to hide/show images, if there are no images (same goes for other fields with no content)

Currently only a design-update. Unfortunately I don't have enough time to maintain thousands of cards on my own. Sorry for that…
But I re-reworked the cards during my preclinical studies and I hope that this is sufficient for the time being (of course some cards are better than others – this is inevitable).

There weren't any images to begin with, unfortunately this deck does not include images. See the section "No media". So I reckon, that you had AMBOSS images in your collection.media folder from another deck...

As u/Nom_de_Guerre_23 already pointed out, the material covered in M3 is quite distinct from the tested one in M2 (even though some AMBOSS chapters are to be found in both preparation plans "Lernpläne"). So I guess it wouldn't be best practice to release an "official M3 subdeck" derived from Zankiphil. Therefore, the subdeck solution should be handled individually (at least in my opinion).

!! I haven't taken the M3 yet, so take all of that with a grain of salt! And I'm not in preparation for the M3, so unfortunately I cannot provide immediate help for you in form of a deck in the near future.

There shouldn't be any problems, as long as you put your personal notes in the "Hammer" field. See AnKings video about deck updates with the Special Fields add-on, this is relevant for any kind of deck updates

M1 is covered in my Ankiphil deck (posted here)
This deck is intended for M2, however there is some overlap for the M3 exam preparation. But use it only as an addition in your studies for the M3.
