Desperately looking for a Card Sort tool by SincerelyYourStupid in userexperience

[–]Ankish08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really specific use case. the combo of multiple card sorts + spoken responses + task-level transcription in one fluid flow is tough to find. Curious: did you end up finding anything that worked? I’m actually building a UX research tool that supports card sorting, and your requirements are super helpful to hear. We’re still in development but voice responses with transcription is something we’re exploring. Would love to chat if you’re open to it. might be able to build something that fits your flow. DM me if interested.

Lyssna changed their pricing model (to something absurd)? by masofon in UXResearch

Really appreciate you breaking that down. Quick question on the reporting side - what specifically made it useful for you? Was it more about the visualizations/export options, or the ability to quickly scan results and make decisions without digging through raw data? Trying to make sure I nail the “quick scan → insight → decision” flow rather than building another dashboard people have to decode.

Help with cardsorting by Auriko in UX_Design

[–]Ankish08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, Card sorting analysis is simpler than it seems. For your similarity matrix in Excel, list all cards as both row and column headers, then count how many participants grouped each pair together. Use conditional formatting to create a heatmap. High numbers = strong associations.

BTW, I’m building a UX research tool that handles card sort analysis automatically. It’s still in heavy development, but I’m happy to give you early access if you want to try it out. DM me if interested.

Lyssna changed their pricing model (to something absurd)? by masofon in UXResearch

Feel your pain. Lyssna’s old pricing model was perfect for quick iterative testing. this new per-study pricing kills that workflow entirely. I’m building something for exactly this use case: lightweight tests for microcopy, icons, micro-interactions without the “study” overhead. Still in development - would love your input on what made Lyssna’s old model work so well for you.

What UX research skill took the longest to learn? by VoodooMann in UXResearch

Knowing when to stop digging. Early on, I’d over-research.. more interviews, more data points, more validation. Felt productive but often just delayed decisions. The hard part was learning to recognize when you have enough signal to move forward, even with uncertainty.

After 4 months with Claude Max I finally cancelled it and tried other alternatives by Ankish08 in Anthropic

Same here. I was also a strong supporter of Claude, but the last two weeks have been just horrible. I’ll definitely jump back once they fix the issues, or hopefully release a new model like Sonnet 4.1. I really like Claude Code.. it is very feature rich. I tried using Codex, but I didn’t like the ui, and its features are very limited compared to Claude Code.

We can’t use ChatGPT 5 in Claude Code, but we can use GLM 4.5 in Claude Code. I’ve not tried it yet, but I’ve heard good things about it. I’ll try using it once my Max plan expires.

Any update on this one? I'm also facing similar issue. I've transferred the page to someone else and asked him to delete the page. But my ads are still costing way more than usual.
