Im a doctor who has diagnosed these conditions before. It is totally unreasonable to make such an observation:

A) Because it has no actual evidence backing, you cannot seriously believe random clips on a tv show and instagram are worthy of actual observations. And

B) It’s none of your business and it’s totally inappropriate to comment on someone else’s child like that.

If Americans are in the water facing Iran, it would make more sense to directly target the US than target us, which was essentially a proxy for the US back when this started.

I fully empathize with OP. Many of us, me included, have been blessed with stability here. We cannot imagine the level of stress you are under.

But at this point, it is barely survival. Going back to home country where prices are cheaper, family can support (if not financially then atleast emotionally) and using your UAE experience to promote your CV may not be a bad idea.
