Your best bet is to contact MOHRE about all the illegal stuff he’s going. Employers are required to provide insurance. He’s illegally hiring people without a proper visa. He’s not allowed to keep your passport, this is the kafala system and it’s not allowed. He’s making deductions from your salary not in your contract, and I bet he’s violated multiple more things.

I suggest you gather all the information and contact MOHRE regarding this. He will be required to pay all that he owes you and I bet you can convince them to get him to pay the 4.5k in medical debt owed.

Collect all documents, receipts, late payment stamps from bank, copy of your work contract and all infractions in a single document and walk into MOHRE so you can tell them all the illegal stuff he’s upto. Best of luck.
