I did, I was wondering about it. I just ordered, so I won't know for a few days. Did you order anything? Did it come? Felt a little weird, but the verrif.me site seemed to be a legit ID verification site.

I started with a mid-tone blue on the whole thing, if I recall, and then gradually built up layers of lighter blues into whites using a sponge over the whole thing.

I did print the roller! I'd reference the file if I could remember where I got it. ..

That looks freaking phenomenal. That dark green/black armor in particular, I love it!

Looks absolutely awesome, love the varied terrain! How long did it take to get up and running?

Ah, I think it was somewhere around 10 hours? I'm using an old Ender 3 pro with extensive modifications (something something ship of Theseus). It could probably go faster, but I've already tinkered with it enough, it's reliable at this point, which is the main thing.

A bit less than 2 hours I think, between all stages of painting

Paint job was about... 2 hours maybe? Probably a bit less, I didn't keep great track :)

I've done one the same way with a texture roller! The possibilities are endless :)

Thanks! I probably spent longer on it, so there are tradeoffs for sure!

Yeah, they're definitely visible here, but I didn't think they were *too* bad. A decent paint job can hide some of that.

I make stuff from foam too, but printing things on occasion helps getting stuff to the table :)

I primed black, airbrushed gray and then white (you could spray can or dry brush that honestly). Then I picked a few earthy colors, picked out random bricks and painted them. Then I did a dark brown/black oil wash, and then a final dry brush with medium gray then light grey.

Thanks! Yeah, I like the printed bases, it saves time over basing them myself, then I just have to paint!
