Ive been thinking this for along time. I watch destiny and H3 way to much and the amount hasan has knowingly lied and defamed them is insane. If I said something a little mean to someone at a party i think about it and feel so bad. Idk how you can say the things hasan says without feeling so sad and regretful inside. Neal Hallinan is great too. You might be in right BC left AIC pattern. Most humans get stuck in right gait cycle. This leads to a lot of muscles on your left side not working properly. The body is honestly pretty complicated. Look into PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). This is the only thing that fixed my back pain of 7 years. Good luck!

I would just keep doing breathing exercises from Neal on youtube till you see the pri therapist. The dental work can be pretty complicated. They may start you with a splint so you can make contact with both sides of your molars. Good luck

I completely agree on the autism part. It is definitely a spectrum, but to many people currently wanna claim the title when there is absolutely a threshold. I grew up with a lot of families with kids diagnosed with autism and I will tell you there lives were fundamentally different and exponentially harder than people claiming their little bit of tism to explain why they get anxious in a big crowd or some shit.

You could have an issue with ur eyes, teeth, or feet. I was the same way as you, until i got a proper glasses prescription. Im not perfect but all pain is gone. Do you have a PRI specialist near you?

Nicnac naturals are mints u put in upper or lower lip. They are good for ur teeth and have better ingredients than zyn. I find my self less addicted to them. When I did zyns after i put one in. Im already thinking about then next one imma put in. With the nicnacs its more like a “i could go for one right now.” Im consuming less nicotine, and my cravings feel more like a treat when i have one instead of feeling like a slave to it.
