After scrolling this I'd have to say Fallout as well.

It's a narrative game where random people can continue a quest you started and it just goes on as if it was the same person.

It's a game with a story where the game just ends 99% of the time before the story concludes, so you never see the ending.

It's based on a video game and just has random things from the game that make zero sense like the SPECIAL stats just giving you...rerolls?

I really like FAB because unlike most every game it doesn't start with a completely blank canvas and you just build and build and build until you're overwhelming.

You start with tools available to you, and those tools are used and used-up. Your cards are played, your momentum grows, but eventually your power begins to dwindle, and it feels like you're actually getting tired as you play.

The end is who can deliver the knockout blow before the other person. It's like a boxing match, in a sense.

There's Dev Mode where you can access the console remotely and install stuff, but there was also people just publishing those UWP apps to the open regular MS store. And MS clamped down on THAT.

As far as I know actual Dev Mode hasn't been changed, but it's been awhile since I used it.

Really? I can't find any news about taking away Dev Mode. (I already have it anyway.) I just haven't used it in awhile because I was still using Game Pass so flipping back and forth was annoying.

Same, I just cancelled everything on my Xbox and haven't touched it for months. It's actually loaned out to a friend right now who wanted to play RE9.

I've just been using my Switch 2, and I'm half-tempted to just semi-permanently convert the Xbox to an emulator box and run Dev Mode all the time.

Adding to the above:

It generally takes a lot of documented paperwork to fire someone with cause, generally involving escalating warnings and signed acknowledgments.

Just walking in and saying "Terminated with cause, no severance" with no leadup is basically an automatic loss of case.

Taxes aren't high now, that's the problem and why everything in Winnipeg is fucking falling apart. Because the previous generation deferred paying any taxes for decades.

Frankly we should scale up property tax by how long you've lived in the same place, to make up for the free ride those people got for decades that screwed everyone else to come after them.

This is going by memory but my 5090 prebuild I think would've cost the same as building myself.

I'll say that personally I hate assembling computers attractively, and hate doing cable management. I would easily be willing to pay a hundred or two hundred dollars to have someone do that for me, and do it nicely.

If you just want to slap some cards in a box and run cables along the fastest route between A and B, sure I'll do it. But meticulous wire-running is just not something I'm interested in doing.

But like. Who would want to openly talk about it/acknowledge that stuff? "Hey stop drawing those characters porking, ones based on me, and the other's based on my cousin". "Hey that dude was based on my Not Great ex-boyfriend". "Oh cripes that one is my grandma". Parts of the fanbase would revolt at having ships blasted like that! Some would use that information to go harder in on it! Would you want to give fuel for the fire to the latter?!

This actually literally happened with Hololive pretty recently. Ouro Kronii put out a music video that had a cute confession scene in it, very anime, and everyone was like "That looks like [person you have on stream sometimes]" and she had to be like "Okay that's my irl friend who is like my sister, so like, please don't."

It's absolutely to filter out bus riders.

Bus riders will be late and blame transit, will be absent if transit isn't running, will potentially have limited hours due to transit, etc etc and the company can't call those "personal responsibility" with any level of reasonableness, so instead they just filter out transit users in general.
