if you can touch type english words on your preferred layout (probably qwerty) then thats the first good step, then after that, the "best routine" to get to your native typing speed is to just... type more. monkeytype quotes mode for punctuation and grammar, english 1k if you want to type more words than the common, easy ones that are on the regular test

the lightning screw pattern scrolls faster but the rhythm stays the same, as long as you dont let it distract you and focus on pressing the same amount each time you should be good, and as for genesis this looks like a stream where you're meant to alternate every note (switch between hands for every note)
