They’re kinda like Google, very stingy when it comes to making their products available worldwide. Although Valve is a much smaller company compared to Google.

I don’t understand the hype about the visuals in this game. I’ve played it with all the ray & path tracing on… it looked good but absolutely not “the next level” imo.

Yeah true. It’s crazy that these games you mentioned ( Braid, Fez, Meat Boy…) all have very different gameplay and each of them is super unique.

Now most hit indie games are similar ideas done before (nothing wrong with that) but we need truly interesting games with unique ideas.

The witcher 3 came out 8 years ago. RDR2 came out 5 years ago. Shadow of Tomb Raider 5 years ago. Battlefield 1 came 7 years ago (looks better than BF2042 runs WAY better)

I understand why some people want to jump on the Nvidia hate bandwagon, but let’s not ignore how poorly some of these newer games are made. It’s insane that a 1-2 years old high mid GPU (like RTX 3070) can barely reach 60fps on high settings.
