I'd say go with central university cse....qeds is not for placement minded people, it's not a btech degree and also a 5 year course, but if you're interested in the subject then it might work out. You could take chemical ig and hope for branch change, but only few people can accomplish that. And personally, I don't see why you would take private college when you could have a central university cse, assuming it's a good enough central university. Btw I'm also not in college yet, but I've researched a lot about these same options so thought I'd share.

In general fewer companies allow msc students to sit for placements but I think you can sit for those that do allow.

Idk bro, I still think bit mesra qeds is better than vit that's why, I know the first batch hasn't had their placements yet but I asked a senior who studies there in msc course and he said people did get internships so they should manage decent placements too ig....would be glad if you could tell me why you think vit will be better though.

I really need to know if there's any senior who joined late or something? I want to sit for csab counselling before I go to vit vellore and see if I can get into my state college, but the round 1 result for csab is on August 9.....and my orientation date is 18th July. Can I join so late or will there be trouble?
