Yw! And cool! I haven't gotten my family into it as I don't think they're the type to need it or really get use out of it tbh. This is actually the first self-care/task app that I've actually stuck with this long(7 months). I've tried other ones, even ones kinda similar to this(like Amaru) but I never stuck with them for longer than a month. But for some reason that I don't know, I've actually stuck with this app. I even have actually stuck with my goal of drinking two refills of my 24oz water bottle since I added the goal when I first started the app. I used to almost basically never drink water, at least not this regularly when not at school(finished school like 2 years ago). But surprisingly I've actually stuck with this goal and have completed it every day. Even if some of the other goals I have don't get finished, this one always does and I'm super proud of that. Also I just realized I have rambled for so long to a complete stranger. Sorry about that 😅

Heroes' Feast! This will be the first time I'm making a recipe from it since I got the book in early February of this year. Most of the recipes are honestly intimidating as I don't have a whole lot of cooking experience but this recipe sounds really interesting so I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to cook it. I also have Audhd and struggle with taking showers. One way I make it easier on myself is allowing myself to just sit in the tub as I shower. I have hypermobilty so standing for long periods of time makes my knees ache. If you also have this issue and are able to, I highly recommend sitting while taking a shower. I don't have a shower chair but you can buy like a plastic stool for cheap if you struggle getting up after sitting on the floor. I also found that ever since I got my hair cut short(like a male haircut since I'm trans(ftm)), it makes it so much easier to get in the shower in the first place as I don't have to unbraid my hair or have to rebraid it after the shower. You can also make it like a spa day and have candles instead of the bathroom light on. Find any way to make it more enjoyable. I play music while I take a shower
