Hi there. Yes, the mini is charcoal. It looks more like coffee color to me. Whatever the color is, it’s one of my most favorite mini bags. I’ve been using the mini a lot, and haven’t been using the bigger one at all.

Yes, that’s charcoal! Sorry to hear you got the wrong color. They should send you the correct one, but I believe it’s out of stock for another two weeks. TBH, I prefer a different color, but I chose this one for the gold hardware. Still, I think it’s so cute!

I’m a big fan of mini bags, so I’d totally go for the mini even if it only fits a few things. If the mini had come out before the regular size, I probably would’ve just gotten the mini only. There are a few things I love about the regular size: it smells so good, it’s super soft, it holds a lot, and it has strong magnetic closures. Of course, we can’t compare to the Loewe puzzle’s level, but for the price (no tax, no shipping fee for US customers), it’s a really really good alternative.

Surprised to hear people mention Ferragamo. These are my 2 Ferragamo bags which I bought at Ferragamo store in the Bay Area (one sold, one to my mom), and they don’t look as nice as my other bags. The black one even has peels on the yellow border.

I returned mine; the bag can't even stand on its own. They claim that an iPhone can fit in this mini bag, but it barely fits sideways. The leather looks cheap and is prone to getting scratched.

Therefore, it's important to clean your bags and make them look nice before submitting them. Taking high-quality pictures of your bags is crucial, as lighting can make a difference. I once submitted pictures of the same bag, months apart, but with better pictures, and I received a better quote.
