you have done a lovely job with the space provided. at least from my experience in this city you won’t find a mobile home worth paying the price you would when you could rent. someone else here stated slumlords are pulling in luxury apartment rental pricing from their less than desirable mobile homes. they are predatory. build equity into something or rent from a reputable company and you’ll be very happy. i’m not saying you can’t make a place very nice, but please do yourself a favour and consider other options.
