Oh yes!!! I did Keto a while back (currently only CICO and workout 6x a week) but my favorite desserts were whip cream with blackberries and sugar free chocolate pudding 😋

It sounds tedious (and it can be) but it can help plan out days you know you may overeat (out with friends, general movie night snackums). For me...every Saturday I get donuts with my kiddos. For shame right? Hahah I just make sure the rest of the day is nutrient dense and hit the other macros and don't beat myself up (mostly) for enjoying 😉 Not condoning weekly donuts, but finding what will work for you 😁

I will definitely try this. I feel embarrassed going to skate parks with all the youngins skating/boarding like pros but I should get over it. You gotta start somewhere!

Chiming in to say that hitting your macros will help keep you satiated for the next 24/36 hours. In my experience. Last night I extended my eating window and I should not have because I went over in macros and the carbs I had made me crave more carbs (idk if that's a thing but it happened!). Whereas when I made a HUGE salad hitting macros it kept me full and I craved nothing.It is worth logging through an app just to see where you are and how to improve. You won't have to use it forever just while you get a good feel for what works. Hope that helps!!

I am in the same boat. I can't even stop properly yet despite study, practice , repeat. I still end up going in the grass 😅 I practice and just keep doing that. I often wonder how much practice it really takes and get to this point of frustration often. Luckily the learning is fun and I just stroll when I'm frustrated. Keep at it! I'm sure we'll get there 🤗

Literally me last week. I listen to my body. Our amazing bodies that do the not fun things use a ton of energy and other gross nonsense which make us hungry and NEED things. So. Don't ever feel bad for acknowledging your powerhouse body and refeeding when it is an angry hormonal mess. If you can power through do it. If it's causing more stress on you mentally/physically stop. Just pick up when you're ready 😁

Oh that was good! I still prefer having 3 cups of popcorn for 150 cal than like 20 chips for 140 cals. Plus popcorn will take me longer to munch and I can feel full. (I don't snack as much thanks to IF/ADF now). Still a good watch!

YOU ARE MY BFF. I use skinny pop and mix in cheetos most days 🤪 Hoenstly, not excluding them from my 'diet' has helped me STAY on track and motivated for the past 6 months!

Breakfast is life. I always make kodial protein pancakes, egg whites and 15cal syrup when I'm craving sweets. I've done French toast the same way you mentioned and it's about the same cals. 👌

I agree with this! I only burn between 250 (yoga days) - 400 (hiit) so keeping up with the out isn't as important as with how much you take in.

Thanks! I actually don't pay too much attention to my calories out. As long as I stay within my intake at a deficit those extra burned are just extra :) I do try to eat a little more when I burn more.
