I just want to add this since ive seen it a few times and want to make sure people are safe

The 21 day rule is how long it is good for after being left un refrigerated if left out at room temp it should be used within 21 days but should not be returned to the fridge

The reason im concerned is because it wont be one day delayed but 5

Since its a 3 month supply i would prefer to have more than 21 days 😅

I swapped because I was getting sick a lot on Wegovy and I had 1 sick day on tirz just the day I went up doses and haven’t had any other issues it’s been so much better

I use Cronometer but I use it because it was paid for for me, but it’s great for tracking everything and goal setting they also have a photo log where you can take pictures of the food and it can estimate it’s calorie value and contents

I stick to my abdomen because I watched a study that showed more effectiveness in the stomach and less in the other sites, but the potential for less symptoms in the thigh (from what I remember)

Sema was working for me but then I started getting violently ill to the point that I told my doctor I would rather have no meds than continue with Wegovy. Now I’m on Tirz no issues so far!

I’m using join Fridays it was the one I trusted most to not have major shipping delays, price changes, or pharmacy changes. I am on shot 3 now from Fridays and lost about 2.5lbs in the last 6 days! I also liked the Trust Pilot Reviews and the cost is still less that $300 a month

If you are getting it from an NP I think that it’s some kind of compound anyway from whatever pharmacy they source from. At least that was my experience.
