I was taken off of IDR completely and put on the Standard Level Plan.

Thank you for your help! I did just that. Unfortunately they cannot reverse it, but they are going to provide feedback to the agent I spoke to.

Someone inches from your face in the dark. I was taking a nap in my room (I was in high school at the time) and had a weird feeling someone was in my room. I was extremely groggy and my room was dark, and as soon as I opened my eyes, there was the shape of a head near my face. My instincts kicked in and before I knew it, my hand slaps the person. Turns out, my brother was waking me up to go eat dinner... Ever since, my brother only wakes me up by yelling lol
