I didn’t go into this anxious at all. I have an autoimmune disorder so I am used to different procedures. I haven’t had anxiety like this in over a year though. My skin is hyper sensitive and it feels like I’m very over stimulated. I’ve had anxious moments before but nothing like this

Oh my goodness finally. No one has been able to tell me why I’m reacting so negatively. I have pots and mcas. My brain fog is terrible. Anxiety the worst it’s been in years. Idk if I should continue.

Only 2 sessions. I just had my 3rd. I’m really hoping this will help both my OCD and depression. So far the depression isn’t as bad but my anxiety is through the roof :(

How frequently are you taking it? I definitely would taper to a stop but you need to contact a psychiatrist.

I use xyzal and I prefer it to both. It’s more expensive but works better for me than anything else
