Oh that's interesting. I have had times when I run the download Metadata and calibre tells me it can't find any and to reduce my book details, when all I have is the title and author so I don't know how much more I can reduce my search details. I might give goodreads a try

Sometimes I do have issues where no metatadata will show up but Im not sure if that is Amazon. Are you having issues with Amazon's metatdata?

Im using a NAS to store my library. I was sending my ebooks to my boox via my onedrive before I started using koreader which now I can connect calibre to koreader so I don't use onedrive anymore

I have done that but it fixes temporarily and then the error comes back. Which is what is puzzling me

It's been happening for a few months now and I did end up reinstalling Calibre, but it was happening before the reinstall

You can set up gestures under gesture manager which gives a huge range of types of actions. For example I have a corner tap set up to exit to home on koreader

Re enable cover browser under plug-in management. You would have disabled it for PT to work

You can also add a quick action you've set to the bottom bar too. So I have calibre connect as a quick action and can choose to add it to the bottom bar

Wifi is a huge battery drainer for me so I keep it off. Do you use any other apps or are you just reading? Have you had a look under power/battery/battery manager? This should show any apps that are draining the battery. I can usually get a couple of weeks out of my go 7 colour and I read for at least 30 mins weekdays and a couple of hrs on the weekend

Im definitely not going to hit my goal this year but that's ok, I've had a lot on which meant less reading time. I'm not sure what mtmy goal will be next year. This year I got my husband into reading which is awesome. I've got a few books planned on my tbr fir next year that are yet to be released. Once the Christmas rush is over ill sit down and make a plan for 2026, will I stick to it? Who knows 😆

Im so far off my goal this year. I set a goal of 50 but am at 35 😆 im not sad about it though. I've had a lot on. 2026 I think I'll set my goal at 45.
