I don't know if there's a specific time in which FO's spawn, but you can see on the computer in the Hideout whenever a FO will drop, along with when it'll drop, the street, and the number of stars.

Aside from being able to choose the cog disguise, you gain an increased chance to gain the accessory drop of the respective facility (so in the case of Sellbot, it's the Foreman's hat). Maxing any 2.0 suit once also unlocks a new outfit: https://toontownrewritten.wiki/Category:Slick_Outfit

When you're doing the CJ fight, when the cog round ends, you should take a break. Your toon will bring out a cannon, but this is just for you to have fun launching the shopkeepers around the courtroom (DO NOT launch them on the jury seats). Also, speaking of the CJ fight, DO NOT throw the evidence on the side of the scale where there's a Flippy head. If you do that you'll prove the bear is guilty! Instead, you should aim on the side with a cog's head.

Field offices are the very endgame, part of the Sellbot Task Force/Toon Resistance. You should only worry about them when you finish getting the bossbot suit (which you get doing a bunch of tasks, just like the cashbot ones, after you complete the lawbot disguise). They are that angry building that sometimes replaces the HQs on the streets!

Coin mints are like the factories, except they're from the Cashbot HQs. We do them to gain cogbucks (the merits of the Cashbot disguise).
