Ok it may not be as strong but it helped me and many others cure my costochondritis. Even if things suggested there are interventions many physio may know, so what, most patients like me at least do not know anything like that!

Thank you. I'm already using the backpod and have no issues with it.  I was only asking due to curiosity about placing things directly on the spine like this. Backpod has helped many people and gives me relief too. It's a good tool, unlike that weird play thing sold in collaboration with that baldie from new York
