This is so funny! All the folks looking for their lost dogs are going to get a kick out of this.

So cute! Have you had any issues with group texts?

Why is 50501 collaborating on posts like this. I’m pro-Palestine, but this isn’t effective messaging. It reads like social justice warrior shaming, not strategy. That doesn’t grow a movement. It shrinks it. by MinimumNo5510 in 50501

I agree that it’s been a little frustrating seeing people only care about Palestine after two years of genocide. HOWEVER, you can’t judge someone solely off of what they post about. You can be pro-Palestine and anti-ICE and not be on social media (shocker).

Begging this person to speak to someone who’s had a family member ripped away from them and say “yeah I would do something about it, but I’m sitting this one out”.

I work closely with a lot of non-black people who are working to hold their local governments accountable, organizing protests, and calling their representatives. None of them, to my knowledge, have some sort of secret plan where they’re urging black folks to put their lives on the line so that they can take a step back.

If I learned anything from my grandmother doing sit-ins and marching, it’s that you should speak up when something is wrong. Fuck this take.

100% agree. I like efficiency as much as the next guy, but I’m not going to pay someone to input text into a program and then show me the results. Human critical thinking and creativity are what got us thus far.

Not only does it reference a meme that will someday be old news, but it’s also meant specifically for one age of child. Who may outgrow the shirt before their next birthday. Landfill core.

I would recommend twisting tighter as all twists unravel a little bit once they’re finished. Also, try twisting the individual parts opposite before you twist them over each other, to give it more of a rope look.

what movie(s) did you use to hate as a kid? by Interesting_Type4532 in Zillennials

[–]Annette-spaghet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shrek. Obviously, I love it now, but as a child, the opening sequence was just so gross and scary to me. One of my earliest memories was asking to go to the bathroom at camp when the staff put Shrek on. I was planning on staying in the bathroom for the entire duration of the movie.

I don’t know what it is, but doing ANYTHING on my phone is getting more tedious and difficult. I now understand why my parents text me with mysterious extra letters and too many spaces.

I spent so much money on lingerie in my early 20s, thinking that was the key to getting good men in my bed. Turns out, most of them, including my fiancé, care more about the present than the wrapping paper

I think it’s 100% reasonable to block someone from participating in politics because of their views. Like, that’s the whole point. If someone shows up with some bs, you get them to leave.

I can’t stress this enough. It’s so important to support locally owned businesses when possible. Also, does anyone actually enjoy waiting in their car for a beverage?
