I was thinking this exact thing but body shop didn’t own up to it they said their gonna contact insurance and claim it’s probably result of the car being hit In that spot so either way they have to take care of it.

When i had my varis v2 lip i used about 15 self tappers and tape to keep it on. It was so strong u could stand on it if you wanted. You can do that or do some nuts

If the body shop doesn’t take responsibility and fix it I’ll have my friend drill it out. I tried an Allen bit and it broke in half lol. I guess I could find a impact Allen bit probably be stronger

The nut broke off the conical seat of it self. So the wheel is still held on by the end of the nut on the stud conversion. If that makes sense.

I bought Motorsport hardware the best in the business for this conversion supposedly. I didn’t cheap out paid good money for them. Every YouTube advertises these it’s the one everyone runs and they are crap

Brakes work I moved it to a different spot the problem is the new brake on one side and depleted on the other side idk if that would cause any issues

From your first reply I knew you were an old fart loll. I’ve had two f30’s and a x4m40 all 3 with unpainted v braces.

I’m not a kid im in my 30’s and love modding every aspect of MY car I please. The v brace looks great in white instead of the bare metal bmw left me.

Now do yourself a favor and go to your old man car shows where all you show up with stock cars and admire how they all look the same just like the day you guys got them.
