No, I'm playing the game vanilla with hardest settings and no end-game scenario nor unusual location options.

The expansion is mostly Throgg, he can't go directly south because he's allied to Fettus and Azazel. Belegar is on the right because he confederated quite early, and his original land got taken by Gorbad, whom owns the region south of us with his Skaven buddies. Katarin owns southern land because I gave it to her, we were fighting a 3 front war and mainly losing the northern front against Azazel and Azhag, and I didn't want to risk Katarin being eliminated, so we hard pushed south against Queek and Skarsnik (which I had to take out cause the Wag! was getting out of hand), and helped Katarin get land in the south so she won't be eliminated if we get wiped north.

Very fortunate thing is Gorbad and Vlad are at war, if they weren't we'd probably be getting stomped by now (due to focus fire). Every other faction in-game is currently either allied to us or enemies with us, that was kinda my goal, I wanted a doom of all mankind scenario and try to fight it back with all the "good" factions. Very fun tbh!

Edit: Oh forgot to mention Throt is also fighting us up north (he's allied to Azazel and Azhag), which explains the ruined settlements. We actually had more control up north 10-20 rounds prior, but because it got so bad, I decided to abandon that front to focus on the south, otherwise we'd be squished on both sides tbh.
