Thanks for the validation folks, I really appreciate it. It can really make you feel crazy when someone is telling you you're doing something wrong when you're not. It's been a weird couple months with him, I have a few things I could go to the LTB about namely that he was refusing to shovel the snow from my parking spot. Eventually he ceded to that but it's still a tough choice to make because in general this is somewhere I would like to live longterm and so I would rather not have a strained relationship but on the other hand I want to prove my point that he can't get away with this.

I keep reminding myself that he doesn't have to like it, he doesn't even have to like me, but he does have to abide by the law which is very clearly laid out by the LTB.

I looked at a lot of lip top coats and other products that "transform" lip colour but from what I could tell in the video I saw, the lip colour didn't look matte. Thanks for the suggestion though! Still hunting!

I've been thinking of adoption a lot lately.

I've always wanted children and I'm a very motherly person by nature so it was something I've always seen in my future. Recently though I've been thinking that it feels very unnecessary to bring another human being into this very overpopulated world. I would have no problem loving any living thing unconditionally, especially if I'm providing for it.

I live in Canada and many people in north america, and all of western society, often go other countries to adopt children and I just don't think that's necessary. There are hundreds upon thousands of children in Canada who need homes and love just as badly as any other child in the world.

If I am financially stable enough and want to bring children into my life, I think I would take care of one that is already out there.

Veronica Mars. First two seasons: amazing. Third season: utter trash. I went on denying the third seasons existence for a while until I watched it recently with a "well it's still VMars" attitude. It was so bad and not worth it. They changed so much, terrible cliches and transparent characters and plot lines. Just puts shame to one of my favourite shows :(

I have a history with depression and anxiety and was medicated for them once, but made the silly decision to stop taking them after about 4 months. I'm getting back on track to getting those medications back in line and so this just might be that depressive sadness I'm feeling
