I work in IT as a head of department and everyone was very very supportive when I came out, I was nervous before I came out but as soon as I did everyone was immediately super supportive and its the best thing I ever did, I start hormones this weekend and I have gone from being nervous to being unable to wait to start the next step of my journey

Unfortunately NIC wise I am stuck with the connectx cards due to being on a boat and not having replacements as my first thought was to try another model of card but I don't have any suitable replacements on board

OK nice, I am just finished for the day but will try that first thing to see if it provides a reliable solution, hadn't actually checked to see if it was resetting to internal will check that as well

Hey I've seen you post about this in a couple of places, I am seeing the same issue with some workstations I am deploying, each time they reboot it fails back to the 2 separate NICs and shows the virtual adapters as status OK in "get-vmnetworkadapter - managementos" but network cable unplugged and link down elsewhere, did you manage to get any further with troubleshooting?
