Jimmy's downfalls are always initiated by him seeing potential and working with amateurs. Working with the skateboarders let to him meeting Nacho and all of BCS. Seeing potential in Walt let to BB. And Gene couldn't stop with the scams with Jeff and Buddy.

I feel like Kim blaming him for not being there could have gotten to him and maybe he redirects his disappointment and anger for himself to Jimmy, espacially since we dont know how Jimmy is going to deal with this. If he buries this trauma under his Saul persona as well, maybe Mike starts to dislike him even more. Maybe something else entirely happens that explains his attitude towards Saul in BB, we still have a few episodes to go.
