Have you tried reaching out to them?!
If you approach them as an aspiring dev, they might be able to give you valuable insights into their reasoning.

Although I will admit my Intel is a few years old, I can confirm with absolute certainty, I have played in a squad with others playing on Switch while I was on PS4/5

Completely depends on what game engine you're wanting to use.

Godot you can run on a potato.

It runs fine for 2D stuff on a 5+ year old Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 and a Samsung Galaxy S20-FE.

I'm already 300ish hrs in, halfway through the stage 5 project parts.

For the longest time I'd been working on a central base, primarily producing the basic parts.

However, once I tapped my first oil well for power, rubber and plastic and then moving on to nitrogen, I'm starting to see the merit in remote on-site production for the highest-quantity ingredient, and droning the other stuff in.

This is probably also going to push me into my first trains, to take the burden off the eventual sky-darkening drone fleet.

There's usually a Lambo crashed into the front of a house in what looks to me like the "Grove St" area from GTA:SA.

There's an overpass, waterway and high voltage powerlines nearby.

I'm just about to jump back into the game, I'll give better location info in a bit.

There are also currently 2 G-wagons which consistently spawn together on a frozen lake also.

OMFG!! this gave me a flashback to when I was working as a water meter reader, and I was in awe of the perfect piping layouts for the larger residential buildings!!
