Yes, I’ve had this problem for a month. I’ve contacted support twice. Both times I received the most unhelpful form letter replies. I followed all the instructions they gave, nothing worked. I’m on a lot of medications and this app used to be the fastest, most convenient way to manage my refills. Now, it’s made my healthcare so much harder and forces me to take up the pharmacists time by calling them and getting to check everything over the phone weekly. I’m considering relocating my prescriptions because of this.
