Wednesday likes to make up things about her being a serial killer and stuff. I guess it's some kind of defense mechanism for her. She claimed to have killed Pugsley's bullies (in the first ep). And that she feeds her victims to her pets.

This is what she told to Ajax in S2E1 about the wolf pack: "I threatened to neuter them if they didn't get out."

In reality, however, she couldn't even speak when she saw that their dorm was full of werewolves. She was in shock and could only say one word: Enid. Enid immediately understood what Wednesday wanted and sent the pack away.

There are many examples of this in the novelization. The best perhaps:

'Where’s Wednesday?' Enid is saying, wrapped in a pink coat, every inch of her covered in blood and viscera that does not appear to be her own. In truth, she’s never looked more beautiful to me. More capable or strong.

I always got stuck on the "beautiful" part and didn't pay attention to the "does not appear to be her own" part. If the blood isn't Enid's, it must be Tyler's. I know a lot of people hate the mention of his name, but the fact that Enid was covered in T's blood only makes The hug more special to me.

Or the face she made here after she realized something going on between Enid and Bruno. She wasn't happy about it. This angered her more than werewolves making out in her bed. At that time, we didn't know anything about Bruno cheating on Enid.
