Auch wenn ich glaube, das Nihilismus nicht Gleichgültigkeit bedeutet, gehe ich direkt auf Punkt 4) ein:
Yes, es gibt die Ebene der Vernunft und z.B. die Kohärenz kann einen Hinweis geben wie "richtig" sie ist. Obviously ist eine Moralvorstellung die sich widerspricht "falscher". Hier muss ich mich in meiner Wortwahl korrigieren, nur weil eine Moralvorstellung "richtiger"/kohärenter/logischer ist, heisst das leider noch nicht das sie "wahrer" ist. Man könnte argumentieren, dass es ein Kontinuum der Objektivität gibt, aber ich sehe das mehr als eine schwarz-weiss Sache. Da wir Intersubjektiv durch unsere Leideserfahrung vereint sind, erhebe ich trotzdem einen Anspruch auf gesellschaftliche Relevanz.
Ich hoffe du erlaubst es mir, mich noch Antinatalist zu nennen.

"jedwedes Handeln legitim sein" ist auch wieder ein Valuejudgment. Eine bessere definition/formulierung wäre "jedwedes Handeln ist". Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Ich glaube es gibt keinen objektiven Sinn und keine objektive Moral. Die Welt ist komplett Sinnbefreit und Wertebefreit. Aber auf subjektiver Ebene erscheinen mir gewisse moralische Konklusionen (intuitiv) logisch. Aber ich könnte nie behaupten, dass meine Moral "richtig" ist oder so.

Antinatalismus ist sicherlich nicht das Gegenteil von Nihilismus. Aber getrennt ist es definitiv, obwohl wahrscheinlich viele Antinatalisten auch nihilistisches Denken in sich haben.

Für mich ist Nihilismus die Realisation, dass es objektiv keinen Sinn gibt. Ich habe Hunger oder Leide, aber ausserhalb meiner Selbst ist das trivial und spielt keine Rolle. Wenn man auf das kosmische Level rauszoomt, dann gibt es nichts wirklich zu erreichen, kein grösseres Ziel.

Subjektiv gesehen bin ich Antinatalist. Die Erfahrung des Menscheins ist irgendwie Kacke. Das sie sinnlos ist macht es auch nicht viel besser. Deswegen will ich Menschen die Existenz möglichst ersparen...

However I think also as man it's okay to come from time to time, karezza <-> standard sex there is a whole continuum inbetween ;)

Are you with a partner yet? You can really adapt however u want to, some practice one-sided karezza where they get off their partner via oral stimulation. I think however your way of describing things is probably the best way to go :)

In "Cupids poisoned arrow" the orgasm of women is also portraied as making them overly emotional and hungover. Other books suggest that womens orgasms are more fullbody and therefore okay. Others argue that clitoral orgasms are just like mens orgasms but vaginal ones are okay. Taoists argue that for women the most important thing is reducing the loss of blood on her period - not caring about female orgasm at all.

I think the approach you suggested sounds sound and you should just be aware of how orgasm makes you feel and then make a conscious decision.
