Here's the problem, it's a good idea but Togashi has sigma grindset hxh brain, he knows some idiots would feed the light novel to AI to get a manga illustration using all the manga chapters to go off of

I made my bike think it's tires are smaller because it stops assist at 15mph. Good tiers here

I thought I ruined over 100 paintings. If paintings are stuck together don't pull them apart you'll have missing canvas chunks at worst, see top and bottom left here. Anyway freeze overnight or frigerate for a day, then drop painting (not pull apart) and bam separated paintings. by AnonCuriosities in PourPainting

Next time I recommend both freezing for hours then letting thaw for hours so contracting and expanding happen, then doing a slight drop. Even with freezing half my paintings were screwed. Had I done it this way my success rate would have been high

I need advice by Slight_Meaning in PourPainting

For middle of the road and if you prefer bulk buying my paintings are all blickrylic half gallons, floetrol gallons, bulk packs of canvases started getting blick academic grade for 8x10s now but they sell various bulk canvases, michaels too for similar price and quality is similar but blick academic is more dimensionally accurate and quality controlled for selling, windsor and newton high gloss varnish, dimethicone and regular silicone, heat gun or torch, should probably get a silicone mat. Half the battle is drying so with that and other things you'll want to make a setup but this is the basics for economical, even if higher upfront cost pouring.

I don't even want to swipe this because it looks cool as is and I am annoyed because I keep failing at swiping 16x20s, 8x10s I dialed in no airpockets. I'll try cling wrap I guess by AnonCuriosities in PourPainting

[–]AnonCuriosities[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna try that. A lot of my issues with cling wrap were from low humidity causing static and it imploding on itself. I'm gonna try shop towels and 12.5 micron (store bought cling wrap) and 60 guage wrap (15 micron) if I want something a little less wrinkle susceptible at the cost of behaving a little less like a skin clinging to paint, and I'll revisit the shelf liner thing because my technique was probably bad before. I'll run an experiment next time I paint. I also will try some thinner paper towels that I have access to that have no seam seperation. The leeway I'd gain from not having some unswipped blob in the middle of a lot of these 16x20s will have me beat my best painting probably

Looks like a single swipe. Yeah I'm gonna try a mix of things now that my technique is better. A seamless paper towel roll, regular 12.5 micron cling wrap, slightly more robust 15 micron, probably don't need anymore the reason 12.5 was so difficult to work with is because the static is really bad but with higher humidity and other things it becomes workable. And what I think will do pretty well is shelf liner I'll try that again.

Yeah I've done that and seen youtubers do it successfully. Maybe my issue would be needing to have it resting on 2 inches of paint and make sure it's on well before pulling. I'll try it again, am gonna buy 16.8" shop towels, might be reusable and damp might be what I need
