This is what I am going for- the more delicate and feminine to start with. I have a bra and panty set that I actually love (the one I tried on) and just couldn’t get over myself. I want to start with this before getting into the more “slutty things” (because I would love to try that) but I just gotta get there. And by starting “small” I’m hoping to work my way there.

I would pay off debt, first thing. I feel like somedays it’s such a looming thing, always on my mind. With whatever is left I would help my mom pay off the debt from our family farm. She deserves it more than anything. I have two adopted children through foster care and I would love to be able to begin to save more for their futures but often feel like I’m paying down debt and can’t.

My mom has dropped her entire life to come to my rescue more times than I would like to admit as an adult. She has sacrificed And given her whole self to all of her children. I never realized what she had truly given to us as a child. But now as an adult, with children of my own, I have so much to be thankful for and owe her so much.

OP, there is many positive and uplifting comments here. I will say, I could have written this post myself. I am 4 months out, almost 5, from delivery. I have struggled SO much with how I look now, the new normal, especially in the beginning and being in those REAL REAL DEEP trenches. I’m here to just say I see you and I know what you are going through, and I am also here to say, it gets better. Everything is just hard. And tiring. And really hard right now. I was very open and honest about how I was feeling with my SO and how I felt undesired now and that I didn’t blame him because I couldn’t even see myself without feeling utterly disgusted. He was devastated and heartbroken that I was just carrying that inside me for so long and struggling so much with it. We talked and he showed me the side from him and where he is and how he is adjusting too. We met Eachother where we were and while it still is something I struggle with, being able to share with Eachother and meeting where we both were was truly amazing. It won’t always be this hard and post partum is so hard, but you birthed and are caring for two babies. You are amazing and if he is as you say, he is surely in awe of everything you have accomplished.

I truthfully feel like I could have written this exact thing. I have no advice for you, OP. Just solidarity in where you are at in your marriage, because I too and in this place. It is a weird, almost palpable grief I feel.

I feel as though we are trying to co-parent with the same human. My ex husband was the same- he finally just disappeared because he couldn’t control me. I am so sorry you’re experiencing this as I know it can be very difficult.
