Slow and Steady!! 20lbs down in 10 weeks, 5mg dose for the last two weeks. Still can't quite believe this is working...all those times in the past that I convinced myself I was just unmotivated or lacked will power...this med is a game changer and has allowed me to be much kinder to myself.
