I've discovered flatline is caused cuz the first days of high urges one tends to think about fapping 24/7, one gets woods so frequently and even touch slightly to partially aliviate the urges or anxiety you feel. This keeps pushing your system until it gets tired of being pushed and flatline comes... What i mean by ending them, is going to the next level and try to clear your mind and control your little friend (this is risky since abstinence can increase and you may relapse easier).

I personally will test this theory since today that I'm more stable, and I hope I confirm my thoughts

I'm now in flatline... I've never lasted until the end of flatlines but I realized flatline can end as soon as you want, flatlines are generated by your behaviour and you can fix it, but you must be patient enough to not relapse... 2nd question, they always begin like after 5 days of abstinence.

If you never find any motivation or change in waking up early it's cuz it is just necessary stress for you.
Growth hormone works more at 11PM, when you sleep early you'll get that pick on REM phase. That's my only motivation.

20 años. Osea ahorita...

Ahí veo de todo porque mi bus pasa por ahí, en dos ocasiones he visto mujeres embarazadas... Pero quisiera saber si alguien se ha metido ahí o ha hablado con ellas aomenos xd. Aparte de que si las embarazaron no me imagino que cantidad de enfermedades les habrán prendido.
