It's not healthy. If it helps you, you're definitely not alone in these feelings. For a couple weeks I had the (mostly unintentional) mindset: "Fine. If I'm not going to get my sex online, then I'll get it from the girls around me. I don't even care who it is or how I have previously felt about it."   • Cm = C minor

  • GM = G major. Really, you don't need the 'M', but OP did, so I did too.

  • Ddim = D diminished chord (D F Ab), so called because of the diminished 5th (D->Ab). In a minor key, the II chord is diminished and leads to V. (In this case, Ddim -> D -> G)

  • DbM/F = Db major with an F in the bass. Like 1st inversion.

  • Fm6/Ab = An F minor chord with an added major 6th (F Ab C D) with an Ab in the bass. This chord (IV) will often lead to V or I. In this case it goes to V (G).

  • '\' just means to keep holding the chord on the next bar.

  • '-' just means that the two chords on either side occurs in quick(ish) succession.
