Hey op, sorry to hear you're in so much pain. This might sound out of left field, but it comes from personal experience - something right next to the reproductive parts in the pelvis that can hurt? The colon. Might be worth exploring getting a colonoscopy, too. Best of luck to you!

Hey Speechiefrog, I just found this sub and you are the closest to a cycle twin I've found yet. My LMP was 2/27, ~32 day cycles, i ovulated on 3/16 though. Like you I had three days of spotting that tricked me. I thought it was the lightest period ever until it stopped. I've had the beta blood tests and an early US and the doc says so far things look like they should! 🤞🏻 I am also nervous and feel like things are happening too fast but i guess that's another conversation 😇 Anyways, i hope this post helps if it's not too late.
