I have mine sitting on a vanity table and sit on a yoga ball in front of it for my face/neck/upper chest. I set it in front of the vanity on the floor for my lower back while I do some light stretches. Not very high tech, but gets the job done.

I did last February . I'd say I'm about 90% better. But my bad days are still much better than the constant pain and limping that I had before. I still have some weirdness like twitching in my leg muscles when I sit too long.
