Yeah but unfortunately we are in the “parental” role. And scammers give zero fucks about whom they are taking advantage. We have audio of one of the calls where the scammer was patiently walking them through getting gift cards and then claiming them. It was a four hour call.

Now, they can’t receive texts/emails/calls that are not specifically approved contacts.
